Your trooper has just received a warning, what do you do? I would ask why he has received said warning OOC. I would then either kick him or demote him depending on the warning 2. You have just kicked a trooper out of your regiment, and they verbally abuse you, what do you do? I would call a staff-member [Myself] And commense a staffing sit with evidence. as that is an OOC Situation and is not welcome on Midnight Gaming  3. Your trooper is a minge and fail role-player, what do you do?  I would warn him about his actions when the problem arrises and give him more punishments if he continues. eventually leading to demotions and being kicked from the regiment 4. Two of your troopers are arguing, what do you do? I would firstly find out if the situation was In character or OOC. and then deal with it appropiatly. If OOC I would commence a staff sit as stated above and also warn them within the regiment. however. if it was in-character I would make them calm down 5. A cadet has not been trained and is wondering around, what do you do? I would try and get a SGT+ to escort him back to the Cadet Room and Train him, however if he breaks anyone of the laws he would be Arrested on Sight stated on the sign that would be seen when leaving Cadet Training Room as a cadet[/b][/color]
